1. The AFL chartered the Warren District Trades Assembly of Bisbee, Ariz., in 1913. Walter E. Holm and F. J. Perry served as its secretaries in 1914 and 1915, respectively.

2. Thomas A. French (b. 1880?) was secretary-treasurer of the Arizona State Federation of Labor from 1916 to 1917 and again from 1920 to 1921.
